Content Developement
Hủ Tiếu Cá is a newly open chained restaurant, the idea is
the diversify of the traditional noodle soup which main in-
gredients are normally pork and shirmp, now they use fish.
The owner came to us in late of 2015 with nothing in mind about the brand, dhe
told us about the date of opening ceremony is nearly coming (10 days later).
After 5 hours of bran-storming,
we came to a decision to use
the image of the Chef for logo
concept. this would create a
friendly environment for custom-
er when step in to the restaurant.
We also creat a series of content
for the restaurant with the main
concept is the innovation of food
(from traditional to modern way)
to promote on social network
and newspaper.
on the opening day, the reastaurant sold out 600 bowls of fish
noodle in the morning (their expectation is 200 bowls for the
whole day).
Now they are opening the second restaurant
in distric 7, the new center of Sai Gon.

Chunmani is a sopplemental food brand from Korea, they need a
professional content marketing agency tp promote their content on
digital platform to support their trade channel.
Here how we did it: we took a
survey for supplemental food and
work with client about the product
usage, effect... and draft out a
series of storeis on social network
(Facebook). we created anew
symbol for the brand to make it
friendlier with the target audience
and make it easier to understand
about the product description. We
also created video content to get
more engagement with fan and
target audience.

It is quite new segment for the company, that’s why we as a proffessional
PR consultant, come and take the project
We convinced them to use below the line tool such as: PR.
Forum seeding & KOLs because the baby food segment is
quite sensitive segment. About the line method will not be
effective because the big guys (Unilever, Netley...) are well
and make alot of noise.

their plan is to launch their product and service in Mid of
2016.
However, under the pressure of Netflix (another VOD provider from US)
they had to launch the product on begining of 2016.
Poseidon is in charge of the content for PR on digital platform.
We recieved the industry and
found out that VOD is and we
term and will take time for the
end-user to understand what it
is. Therefore, we combined the
traditional method (editorial
& advertorial to educate the
end-user) and the modern way
as well (testimonial, KOL, Forum
Seeding... to arise the discussion
among the end-user).
