What is Point
Cloud Modeling?
Point Cloud Modeling is a process used in
architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) to
create 3D models from a collection of data points
captured by 3D laser scanners
The primary purpose of point cloud modeling is to
accurately capture and represent the physical
characteristics of a site or structure, which can be
used for various applications, including design,
analysis, and visualization.

How Point Clouds
are generated?

the scenario in the “point cloud” format: dot
like graphical representation of the scene.
