South East Qld Fuels Caltex Distributor POSITION DESCRIPTION Steve Borton Job Title Distribution and Reports to Group Manager Operations Manager Gavin Pendergast Distributorship Caltex South East Location 61 Ashover Road Queensland Fuels Pty Ltd Rocklea 4108 Approved by Gavin Pendergast Date Approved 24th March 2004 Effective Date 24th March 2004 Last Updated December 2002 Primary Objectives / Job Purpose Manage South East Qld Fuels Distribution Centre, complying with all relevant statutory requirements delivering best practice customer service and safety performance. Show leadership, Stock control, Margin control and motivation. Manage the Distribution of Lubricants and fleet operation of Contractors delivering to South East Qld Fuels Retail and SEQ customers including Caltex nominated business. Control the Distribution of Fuels to Independent Fuel Supplies retail network. Manage the delivery of Bulk Lubes lube product on a fixed schedule delivery service to SEQ network including Caltex Nominated business. Ensure driver safety and personal safety is paramount. Assist with operations of Central Queensland Petroleum where required by management. Assist with safety and handling of dangerous goods training Central Qld petroleum when required by management. Assist with purchasing of vehicles as required by South east Qld Fuels and central Qld Petroleum Key Tasks (Daily) Expected Outputs % of Time Spent Manage the operation of SEQ Depot. 61 Ashover Road Rocklea Site 27,32,47 Assist with CQP operations when required by management Deliveries on time and in full Satisfied customers Minimum Cost 45

Manage all safety and environmental compliance Issues relating to the distribution of all fuels and Lubricants for SEQ and assist with CQP when Required by management Effective response to emergencies 15 Manage the fuels and Lubricants supply from the Lytton terminal Monitoring of the daily supply situation Proactively to ensure supply continuity for all Fuels and lubricants Accurate and timely EFO’s provided. Minimised stock outs 10 Manage all vehicle truck maintenance for SEQ And assist with CQP where required by Management High level of equipment reliability. Maintenance completed on time and within budget 5 Manage the operations of the dedicated Bulk lube delivery vehicle providing a high level of service with a fixed schedule service plan, daily, weekly as required 100% on time in full service 10 Provide stock control reporting in full for the operation of site 32,47,27 including sales reports, stock report. Maintain pricing model set out by Management Total administration and control of the stock balancing administration 15 Relates to Internally Gavin Pendergast the Group Marketing Manager, Senior Management, Direct reports, Risk Manager, EH&S Co-coordinator Externally Caltex Terminal Staff, Customers, Regulatory Authorities, Sub Contractors. Qualification and Technical skills Oil Industry experience Logistics and or operations experience To be Trade Practices Compliant and have an understanding of Trade practices Technical Skills General knowledge of the petroleum industry Person Specifications Good team-building capabilities.
