Paris is the capital of France and one of the most visited cities in the world, receiving over 65 million tourists annually despite having only 63 million residents. Some of the top attractions in Paris include the Paris National Opera, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, Champs-Elysees, and the Arc de Triomphe. The Louvre is home to Leonardo da Vinci's famous painting the Mona Lisa and the outdoor courtyard features I.M. Pei's glass pyramid entrance.

- 4. Paris National Opera Paris National Opera was built in 1669 and was called ‘The Royal Academy of Music’. Nowadays it is used where popular opera’s take place and also for famous ballet spectacle.
- 5. The Eiffel Tower The Eiffel tower was built in 1889 by Gustave Eiffel. It is 324 metres in height and we need to climb 1669 steps to reach the top.
- 6. In the Louvre museum What is very interesting to see in the Louvre museum is ‘La joconde’ by Leonardo de Vinci. La joconde is mostly known as Mona Lisa.
- 7. Outside of the Louvre museum what really atracts attention in the garden of the old Louvre courtyard is the pyramid du Louvre. This pyramid is made of glass and metal and was built in 1983.
