How to Fill Text with a Video

Step 1:
Create a
blank document.

Step 2:
Click on “Insert” then select “WordArt”

Step 3:
Choose the first WordArt
option and begin to type.

Step 4:
Go to the “Home” tab and apply a nice
font and size by highlighting the WordArt.

Step 5:
Click on “Shape Format”
and then select “Align”

Step 6:
Select “Align Center”.

Step 7:
Select “Align Middle”.

Step 8:
Click on “Insert”

Click on “Shapes”

Step 10:
Choose the rectangle shape.

Step 11:
Draw a rectangle to
cover the whole slide.

Step 12:
Select “Shape Format” and then “Send Backward”

In the Shape Format tab, while holding down the “shift” key,
select the rectangle and then the WordArt.

Click on “Merge Shapes”
and then “Combine”

Click on “Insert” then click on “Video”.

Select the video you
will be using.

In “Video Format”, click on “Crop”

Step 18:
Crop the video to fit
over the WordArt.

Select “Align Middle”.

Step 20:
Send the video to the back.

Click the video and add any
“Video Effects” that you
would like under “Video
Format”

Step 22:
Under “Playback”, choose to start the video
automatically and “Loop Until Stopped”

Step 23:
Click on “Slide Show” on the ribbon

Step 24:
Click “Play from Start” to watch your video
