- 2. Welcome to my I.E.P. Good afternoon everyone thank you for coming.

- 4. Why are we here? To talk about my goals for this school year.
- 5. After I graduate from High School, This is What I See in My Future: More school. I plan to go to College to learn to be a good Salesperson or a Trades Person.
- 6. My Career Possibilities: I wish to become a Sales Person or a Tradesman. To become an actor Flight attendant
- 7. My Family Possibilities: I see in my future a wife and kids. I also want to help take care of my parents.
- 8. Where would I live: I wish to live on the beach in Hawaii. I think it would be hot and have great surroundings. It would allow me to sell High Priced Cars and give me a lot more commission.
- 9. How will I get Around: I will get around by driving my own car. A Ferrari.. Ride my bike
- 10. Things I will do for Fun: I like to ride my bike and act in Drama classes. Playing video games Watch T.V Hanging out with my friends Watch movies Going for long trips Going for sleepovers
- 11. My Strengths ( Things I am good at): I am organized and good at following instructions. I am a good friend and like to spend time with my buddies.
- 12. My Needs (Things I need help with): I would like some help getting a job and help learning how to drive a car. I need help with scribing.
- 13. My I.E.P Required Modifications/ Adaptations: Sit at the front of the class. Need in-class help. Need extra time to complete assignments, projects and tests. To have a scribe in all of my classes

- 16. GOAL #1 HEALTH & WELLNESS This year I will eat a healthy breakfast and lunch every day. I will try to drink less pop and more water. This goal is important to me because I never eat a healthy lunch or breakfast and I also never drink anything but pop People who can help me are myself and my family.
- 17. Goal # 2 I will participate in work experience. I would like to go to Future shop or E. B. games This goal is important to me because it will help me to communicate with people. I will work on this goal by going out into the community more. Teachers can help me, and family and friends
- 18. GOAL #3 Communication skills. I will speak with clarity. This goal is important to me because it will help me to be successful in my life. I will work on this by speaking more clearly. Everyone can help me.
