- 6. Submitting Presentation Login to Relay Recorder Launch the Relay Recorder (Right click and Select Run as Administrator on PC). Enter your Student ID Number in the Username and Password fields. Note: E-mail information and the account password may be changed through the Relay web site . Record Do a test recording to ensure everything works and that you can be clearly heard. Adjust the microphone slider if needed. Preview and Trim Preview your presentation then use the Trimming feature to crop the beginning and ending of your video. Enter a relevant title in the Title field. Add a short Description of the presentation. Make sure you have a green server icon at the top right of the recorder window. Select the Submit button to upload your video to the Relay server. You will receive an automated notification containing a link to your presentation at the email address provided.
