PowerShift to Wholesome Use your senses to PowerShift to wellbeing of mind Identify five: images thoughts  words smells Inventory them to be recalled on demand when feeling anxious, sad or less than optimal Other suggestions from the group
Breath into it? Physical trainers often give instruction to remember to breath. As do yoga instructors when attempting a challenging pose.  Right breathing helps you get centered, sustain and achieve in your everyday life. Breathing for calmness Breathing for energy Breathing for awakening
