WHO IS ALLAH? “ Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth” 2/255

Allah is not an anthropomorphic God In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. [1] Say: He is Allah, the One and Only (The Unique); [2] Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; [3] He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; [4] And there is none like unto Him.

Allah is the Creator of everything and nothing is like Him [42/11] (He is) the Creator of the heavens and the earth: He has made for you pairs from among yourselves, and pairs among cattle: by this means does He multiply you: there is nothing whatever like unto Him, and He is the One that hears and sees (all things).

ATTRIBUTES OF ALLAH [2/255] Allah! There is no god but He, the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) Before or After or Behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

ATTRIBUTES OF ALLAH [2/255] Allah! There is no God but He (Allah is the only one who has true attributes of God), The Living (Whose life is original and the source of life for every living thing), The Sustainer (of all creation in place and time, and still:) No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. To Him belongs all things in the heavens and on earth (as evidence for His existence and competence). Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? (although He is close to them, still He is The Al-Mighty that no one qualifies to intercede in His presence except as He permits) He knoweth what is Before and After or Behind them (He is The All-Knowing who knows the entire course in space and time of every entity He created). Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth (He is The All-Mighty that none can grasp knowledge of Him except as He wills). His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth (He is The King who has absolute control over His dominion), and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them (as He is the Omniscient, The Omnipotent) and He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

Relations & Consequences Knowing these attributes are enough for having faith in Allah, therefore, He said: [2/256] Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects Evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.

Relations & Consequences The consequence of having faith or rejecting it: [ 2/257] Allah is the protector of those who have faith: from the depths of darkness He will lead them forth into light. Of those who reject faith the patrons are the Evil Ones: from light they will lead them forth into the depths of darkness. They will be Companions of the Fire, to dwell therein (forever).

The Purpose of Creation Allah said: “And I did not create the Jinn and humankind except to worship Me (to know Me and follow My guidance.) I don’t want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. Indeed, it is Allah Who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength.” Holy Quran: [51:56-58]

Worship Allah [6/101] To Him is due the primal origin of the heavens and the earth: how can He have a son when He hath no consort? He created all things, and He hath full knowledge of all things. [6/102] That is Allah, your Lord! There is no god but He, the Creator of all things; then worship ye Him; and He hath power to dispose of all affairs. [6/103] No vision can grasp Him. But His grasp is over all vision: He is above all comprehension, yet is acquainted with all things.

MUHAMMAD THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH We have not sent you (O Muhammed) save as a universal (Messenger) to all people (34: 28)

Faith in Allah & His Messenger [7/158] Say: "O mankind! Indeed, I am the Messenger of Allah to you all, [from Him] to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. There is no God but He: it is He that gives life and causes death. So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the Prophet the Ummi (who followed nothing of the former scriptures, who believed in Allah and His Words and follow him that (so) you may be guided.”

Faith in Allah, His Messengers, and His Books [4/136] O you who have believed! Have faith in Allah and His Messenger and the book which He has sent to His Messenger and the scripture which He sent before. And whoever disbelieves in Allah, His angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Last Day, has certainly gone far astray.

The Messenger of Allah The Messenger is the standard of goodness and moral integrity: [48/8] We have truly sent thee as a witness, as a bringer of Glad Tidings, and as a Warner: [48/9] That ye ( O people ) may believe in Allah and His Messenger, and assist and honour him, and celebrate his praises morning and evening. [48/10] Verily those who pledge allegiance to you [O Muhammad] they are actually pledging allegiance to Allah: the Hand of Allah is over their hands. So he who breaks his words only breaks it to detriment of himself. And he who fulfills that which has promised Allah- He will give him a great reward.”

The Messenger of Allah [4/80] He who obeys the Messenger, indeed obeys Allah; but those who turn away- We have not sent you over them as a guardian .

Allah instructs the way of conduct with His Messenger [49/1] O ye who believe! put not yourselves forward before Allah and His Messenger; but fear Allah: for Allah is He Who hears and knows all things. [2] O ye who believe! raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet, nor speak aloud to him in talk, as ye may speak aloud to one another, lest your deeds become vain and ye perceive not. [3] Those who lower their voice in the presence of Allah's Messenger, their hearts has Allah tested for piety: for them is Forgiveness and a great Reward.

MOST KIND & MERCIFUL [9/128] Now hath come unto you a Messenger from amongst yourselves: it grieves him that ye should perish: ardently anxious is he over you: to the Believers is he most kind and merciful. [129] But if they turn away, say: "Allah sufficeth me; there is no god but He: on Him is my trust, - He the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme!"

MERCY FOR HUMANKIND [21/107] We sent thee not, but as a mercy for all creatures. [108] Say: "What has come to me by inspiration is that your God is One God: will ye therefore bow to His Will (in Islam)?“ Allah (S) said: “We will show them Our Signs in the horizons, and within themselves, until it becomes clear to them that this is the Truth. Is it not sufficient that your Lord is over all things a witness?” 41\53.

O Allah, make all of us from those who here the words, and follow the best of them. O Allah, send Your blessings and peace upon Your Prophet Muhammad and His family. THANK YOU
