 'corruption' its sources and solution
 'corruption' its sources and solution
No one except God or pious deity is non-
corrupt according to general meaning,
while we by the law wanted to curb
corruption of
Politicians
Public servents
Police and so on….
Implant the high moral values with in new
generation
Change the mindset of society
Strict Implimentation of Article 38 directive
Principle
we must fight at three battlefields.
Individual Government Society
In order to give a complete blow
to embezzlement and corruption,
We must be faithful and respect other’s faith;
Strictly follow preamble and fundamental duties;
The clear perception that worldly things like money, power or
other wealth cannot make real happiness.
Establish own moral standards, according to status and expiate for
every fallen deed;
Everyone must have a perfect ‘HERO’ for his every duty to follow
A) Prepare all its policy, planning and the system aiming to reduce inequality of income, status, etc.
among citizens in consonance with the letter and spirit of Article 38.
B) As a state, every act which is against this fundamental expectation of directive principles and
against fundamental Rights is required to be declared forbidden immediately.
C) As early as possible, opportunity for basic things like shelters, food and education, medication
should be available and affordable for poorest citizen. To serve this purpose Government may
either increase income of poorest citizen or takes back extra earning through another way (tax).
D) We are still living in the shadow of colonial rule as there is a special status to some dignitaries
and constitutional post holders. Special status to President, Governors, Judges, Ministers, Secretary
should be stopped immediately.
E) Simplify procedures of government permissions, sanction, licenses, registrations and other paper
works and Endeavour to make it paperless in order to reduce scorning of people. It is also required
to but maximum time limit to clear every file and fix the responsibility of concern public servant for
the delay.
strengthen its religious institutions
Strengthen its educational institutions.
Corruption is very serious epidemic, require to be swept out
vigorously. To solve this purpose
- making new legislations is not enough.
- we must return to our civilization and protect moral values,
-renovate our educational structure,
-sincerely start working to achieve the goal of our Directive
Principles of State Policy and to give importance to merit, quality
and ethics of individual as well.
And last but not least. If We all as an individual be faithful to
conscience, religion and country.
I hope “We the Indian” can remove corruption and built a better
Bharat.
Thank you very much…
