Adroit with the concept of inspection of Various Equipment and Associated Accessories installation in potentially explosive Hazardous area. Implementing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Installation Test (SIT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) etc. of various components of integrated process control & safety system. Working Collaboratively with Design Engineers, Operation Engineers, Purchase Engineers and Other internal Staffs in-order to designing and modifying the existing control system as per the process requirement. Accountable for witnessing Calibration, Installation, Loop Checking with Functional Test of Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level, Analyzers, Control/ On-Off Valves, Fire & Gas Instruments etc. Adept in Reviewing & Approving of following Contractor’s / Supplier’s Documents. E.g. Material Purchase Order, Inspection Test Plan, Quality Procedure, Work Instruction etc. Ensuring proper implementation of policies for Promoting& Protecting health-safety and environment and organizational effectiveness. Estimating material requirement, Construction Manpower& Completion Timescale. Communication with client for resolving the technical issues etc. and Correspondence to their E-Mail. Site & Construction Management:- Supervise/Responsible for all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & Prepare the inspection test plans as per the Quality Procedure. Evaluate Design documents, coordinate with client & Consultant for the changes in the same after analyzing as required and submitting the same in the Instrumentation As-Built and Loop Test Packages. Preparing schedule as per work front and input availability and verify that with the site Contractor. Commissioning the Process instrumentation through DCS/PLC based plant automation system. Adherence to Quality and Safety norms across the entire course of project execution.
