should know the cost of their medical care before they buy it. There are three trillion dollars with hidden price tags spent each
year on health care in the United States. Pratter is placing a spotlight on these costs to help save working Americans billions of
dollars. As the only independent medical cost transparency company, meaning the Company is not affiliated with a health insurance
company, Pratter is well positioned to capitalize on the opportunity to create access to affordable medical care for all.
Pratter offers a medical cost savings employee benefit service which allows employees of participating businesses to look up
their medical procedure price by zip code on the Company’s website. In doing so, the consumer can make informed decisions
about how much they are willing to pay for healthcare. Or as the Company would say, “Known prices create smart shopping.
Known prices create competition. And with competition, the consumer wins every time with lower health care costs.” Pratter is
partnering with stop loss carriers, third party administrators (TPAs), and employee benefit/brokerage firms to create true medical
