Description: Novartis International AG is a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company

Following are the scope of activities involved in executing the test cases manually.
• As a Consultant my role here is to support ALM.
• Executing scripts and following step by step procedure for project migrations.
• Providing solutions to the users on the issues that users are facing, following up the
requests and closing the request in time.
• Forwarding the requests to Enablement Response team for installation related issues
as the installation are taken care by the particular team.
• Coordinating with users in time. Reviewing the Functional-Integration test
Environment by getting all the environment details.

Description: SM SCV: SXP provide services and applications for enterprise customers and

Services ordering for their Business Direct eOrder customers. Ecommerce enhanced
electronic ordering

GIOM order. The Company Custom Forms (CCF) can be used instead of or in addition to the
Common Product Template (CPT) forms already provided for ordering Regional Local Service.

Description: AXA Insurance Company providing Life Insurance to all his Auto customers as
well as non-auto customers. Their services Including New Business (NB), Contract
Management (CM), Tariff, Claims, Product, Campaign and P&R Modules. In P&R Module all
the Transactions & Movements are created in the Client Ledger Check at the Back End as well
as Front End for the verification of Transactions Amounts i.e. Payments done by customer &
Account Receivable by the AXA should be same. Check for the Movements Generation of all
the Transactions & status updating of all the Customer accounts.
