Internal Evaluation Project development and progress will be formally reviewed at each Information Exchange/ international meeting marking progress in achievement of the objectives at each phase. The UB will be responsible for internal evaluation, covering two key measures: Effectiveness, Achievement of Results & Overall Performance Efficiency of Design and Use of Resources

- 4. Formative evaluation Halfway through the project in month nine, partners will be required to complete a questionnaire outlining achievement against objectives. This achievement will then be demonstrated at the Information Exchanges where partners will have an opportunity to plenary results allowing for overall project review and any appropriate modifications. This formative evaluation phase will be used to fashion activities leading up to the Final Report. An evaluative review will take place at the project’s end for the purposes of learning and for future investigations as appropriate to findings.
- 5. External Evaluation The project budget has made provisions for external evaluation to be performed by an independent expert to be jointly selected by all partners. This auditor will be provided with all the relevant material and processes used by the partners in carrying out their work and will assess the extent to which the project has achieved its operational and general objectives in light of the study’s findings (effectiveness and efficiency). The results of this will be presented in a Project Evaluation Report along with conclusions from the internal evaluation process
