- 18. CONSTRUCTION DRAWING (CD) 1. Architects have to make sure the codes used in CD meets state, city and local code in construction. 2. As a reference to begin construction. 3. This might be the final drawing if there’s no changes of the design or structure of building.
- 19. CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION PHASE Monitor the progress on site regular intervals make sure construction of the building runs smoothly -review drawings, datas and samples for general conformance to the design intent. Report to Client about the progress of the work - provide supplemental documents to clarify design intent for the contractor. Review then accept or reject the contractor's application payment. !
- 21. HAND-OVER HAND-OVER 1.Pre-handover Meeting, must attend by project team and contractor. ! 2.Copies of Building Manual & Health and Safety File are discussed and approved. ! 3.Certificate of Practical Completion.! 4.12 months of Defect Liability Period should start.
