EXECUTIVE SEARCH Our process vs. the standard retained search: Speed and Transparency Cost In both of these areas we deliver competitively.
SPEED & TRANSPARENCY A void in the organization costs real dollars. Firm is out of sight and out of mind. What are they doing today on our search? There is  nothing  more frustrating for a company than having a strategic search drag on forever.
SO HOW DO WE DO IT? We contact everyone we know who fits all or some of the job description. We get references from references, etc. We cold call and email companies and individuals not in our database to find a potential fit outside our existing candidate pool.  Many headhunters do  not  do this because it is an exhaustive process.  We do it because  it’s in the best interest of the client .
SO HOW DO WE DO IT? (Continued) We will find at least 3 candidates who fit the job description and are pre-qualified on accepting the offer. This process mitigates the potential of getting to the offer stage only to discover a candidate is no longer interested. We can input call/interview schedules in Outlook that are personally accessible to all parties as needed.
KEEPING IT CONFIDENTIAL All calls and emails hold the company name and proprietary information in confidence to prevent unqualified prospects from trying to work around the process. We do not copy the job description from the website and email it to candidates; one way unqualified candidates can find you is by searching from that data.
KEEPING YOU IN THE LOOP We will provide you with an Excel spreadsheet in the first three weeks on candidates we have contacted on the search.  In the example below the contact information has been removed for purposes of confidentiality.

Paul joined SBR in 1995 working executive placement in the automotive industry, moving to consulting/technology, and finaly settled into venture funded technology and biotechnology in 1999. He works closely with the CEOs of his client companies and the partners of the venture firms supporting his clients.
