NASA plans to award five companies (Russian, Chinese, ESA, ISRO, JAXA) $100 billion each totaling $12.9 trillion by January 31, 2021 to manufacture space shuttles, space stations, and other spacecraft. SpaceX will retire its Falcon rockets and end its space program in 2021. NASA will also award $1 trillion each to various countries and groups to build additional spacecraft and space stations.
