What is Holistic Health?
A concept in medical practice
upholding that all aspects of people's
needs, should be taken into account
and seen as a whole. Usually based on
one’s physical, emotional, spiritual,
social and environmental balance.
What is Well-Being?
     well-being
     noun
     the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy : an improvement in the patient's well-
     being.
