- #2: Good morning from State College, PA! I am pleased to be discussing with you Web 2.0 and how it can be used to enhance training, knowledge management, performance support, and collaboration. After a brief description of what Web 2.0 is and represents, I will be demonstrating several Web 2.0 applications that I have found useful. In addition, I discuss how they can be used in a variety of contexts, with an accent on instruction and training. All of the applications I will be showing you are free, which is the general ethos of Web 2.0. As we move through the presentation, I’ll provide time to answer any questions you may have.
