Shenzhen Precisioner Die-casting Mold Co., Ltd is ISO9001:2008 certified and fast growing tooling maker, founded in 2009 in Shenzhen, China, specialized in aluminum &zinc die casting dies, trim dies, DME quick-change die, and rapid prototyping. At the same time, we can also optimize initial design, analyze budget scheme. We have our own professional engineering team organized by 17 project engineers and 12 designers, they are working together with sales team to guarantee quick turnaround. Precisioner provides one-stop service for our customers from initial design, sketch to ideal molds in 30-45 days, and more than 95% of our built molds can be directly into mass production after T1 based on strictly quality control during construction. Precisioner is not only focus on the quality, delivery time, but also think highly of customer’s cost. Our engineering team provides suggestion to save cost and time while analyzing and evaluating process, meanwhile , customer will get a price breakout list to know the real cost. Our engineering team organized by 17 tooling engineers and 12 designers. They all have over 8 years experience in die- casting mold. So, we can help customer finish mold from initial idea, sketch to ideal molds, moreover, we always provide structure analysis report to avoid any risk before production so that save customer’s time and cost.

Maintenance Service Precisioner is not only provide high-quality molds for customers, we also provide services like mold repair, rebuild and refurbish, even the mold is made by customer’s other vendors. - 17. Showroom All molds before shipping, Precisioner will test carefully and keep one full shot in the showroom for records, and you will not see any samples on the website to protect commercially confidential of our customers. We signed NDA with each of our customers.
