Screening mesh is a filtering sheet that uses distillation, absorption, and evaporation to separate dust particles from fluids. The mesh is made from materials like nylon, polyester, and polyethylene in an oriented weave form with 20 to 500 meshes. When fluid is applied, the screening mesh holds major dust particles on the outer layer and finer particles on the inner layer to efficiently filter during processes like printing.

- 2. ABOUT… Screening mesh is the type of filter that uses the filtering sheet to separate the dust particles. These sheets are fit into the filtering media and filtering process is done by the process of distillation, absorbing, evaporating. These printing meshes are more durability and efficiency for filtration process.
- 3. HOW THEY ARE MADE… These screen mesh are made in the oriented form of the material such as nylon, polyester woven, polyethylene. The polyester woven mesh have the 20 to 500 mesh in the screening meshing. They are used for the filtration operation and constructed in such manner that when fluid applied the major dust particle are hold from the outer layer and the fine particles from the inner layer.
