- 1. Tier Overview of I-69 The Tier approached is being used to conduct environmental reviews required under NEPA guidelines and other city regulation laws throughout Indianapolis/Evansville. The proposed action in the Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the I-69 Evansville to Indianapolis project involves the completion of an Interstate highway linking the City of Evansville, Indiana with the City of Indianapolis, Indiana.

- 5. Sections 2 Section 2-extends from SR 64 (near Princeton/Oakland City) via the SR 57 corridor to the US 50 (near Washington).
- 6. Section 3 Section 3- extends from US 50 (near Washington) via the SR 57 corridor and cross country to US 231 (near Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center).
- 7. Section 4 Section 4 from US 231 (near Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center) via cross country to the intersection of Victor Pike Road and State Road 37 (south of Bloomington).
- 8. Section 5 Section 5- extends from State Road 37 just north of the intersection of Victor Pike Road (south of Bloomington) via State Road 37 to State Road 39 (Martinsville).
- 9. Section 6 Section 6- extends from State Road 39 (Martinsville) via State Road 37 to I-465 (Indianapolis)
