- 2. Why this genre?When reading the brief, our group decided to chose the pop genre due to the idea of girl bands, however we liked the idea of a twist to the genre, thinking of this we decided to add the genre of R ‘n’ B to our song, ‘Scandalous’, originally sung by Mis-Teeq.
