When a victim is taunted or teased physically, emotionally, or verbally.  In bullying the target is often isolated from peers or taken advantage of.
Anyone can be a victim of bullying. These students are usually quiet   and sensitive They often low self-esteem or a negative self-image  The targets are often physically weaker than their peers, especially the bullies.  They may have few or no friends.
People bully for a variety of reason.  They include:  A sense of power Past history of bullying Ease of getting away with Aggression
 
Bullying
Losing interest in school or extracurricular activities  Psychosomatic symptoms to avoid school Change in grades Fear of school or school activities Having low self-esteem or becoming anxious Moods changes; feelings of sadness Loss of appetite  Trouble sleeping
Children who bully are more likely bully others and to become involved in adverse or criminal behaviors, such as:  Fighting  Stealing or vandalism Attendance problems or dropping    out of school Alcohol/and or drug abuse
