• 20-25 years to maximize the plant equipment usage and to
generate regular income. However shorter duration PPAs are
also executed with a asset handover clause

• Power will be fed into the BUYER’S internal substation or
LT/HT panels
• Meters will be installed by SPD and will be jointly read by SPD
