- 1. This print screen shot the begin of my video were I start editing the first clip. In this clip I’m introducing myself to the camera , saying I’m the editor of Music maters dot com and what I’m here to do at Shirley today. I’ve never edited a video before so I was finding it difficult at the start. On the left hand side of this print screen you see writing, in that box I wrote the words I wanted to appear on the screen. For example”COM” is one of the words that appeared on the screen. Then at the bottom, where my story bored is I had to drag it into place and time it. The reason why I had to time it is because a voice was saying ‘Music Matters Dot Com” but each word was said in a different speed. There for everything had to be timed correctly. In this screen shot I was editing my first interview with a sixth form student from Shirley. I had to drag each clip into the story board which is at the bottom of this print screen. The reason why they had to be dragged so the video would flow in order and you can see what is going to happen next. When she spoke she said something about my magazine cover and as she spoke the cover appeared in the screen, so you can see what she was referring to. So that was what was happening in this print screen.
