What about gambling? Students today are increasingly being exposed to gambling opportunities - on the Internet, in the community, at home and even at church - so it's no surprise that problems associated with gambling are being seen in youth. Spacebar   to advance slide
The featured data comes from the  Oregon Student Wellness Survey , an anonymous and voluntary survey of 6th, 8th and 11th grade youth, conducted in the spring of 2010.  Spacebar   to advance slide

The Survey was designed to assess a wide range of topics that included school climate, positive youth development, mental health, substance use, problem gambling, fighting and other problem behaviors. There were  52,635  surveys collected from  35   counties, representing  458  schools in  138  public school districts.  Spacebar   to advance slide
