This document outlines the conceptual framework and research methodology for a study on problems encountered in e-banking at selected banks in Quezon City. The conceptual framework includes inputs (customer profiles and perceptions), processes (data collection via surveys and interviews), and outputs (conclusions and recommendations). The research methodology uses a descriptive design with data gathered from bank customers and management via stratified random sampling. Statistical analysis will include frequencies, percentages, rankings, weighted means, and chi-square tests to analyze customer profiles and perceptions of e-banking problems.
