1. Assessing the Marketing
opportunities:
- Identification of Company goals.
- Analysis of established and new
profit opportunities.
2. Planning Marketing activities:
- Used to develop and define
objectives.
- Derive Strategies and Design
programmes to achieve set
objectives.
3. Providing effective Marketing
organization
- The interaction process between
the organization and the
environment is the central concern
of developing marketing.
4. Actuating by leadership
- Diverse changes are influencing the
patterns and styles of the Leadership.
- Developments of newer patterns of
leadership are testing the traditional
views of management methods.
5. Motivating the Human-side
- Employee motivation is a must
now-a-days.
- New ways of encouragement or
stimulation are to be introduced,
by which employee unfolds his
talents and initiates to contribute
his/her best.
6. Evaluating and adjusting Marketing
efforts:
- The firm have to adjust to it’s ever
changing environment and Marketing
Operations.
- Marketing Manager must have
knowledge of entire marketing system.
- Creative adaptation to change is the
major challenge.
