Brief introduction:
Located in Wuxi, our company is specialized in manufacturing feed industry,
design feed production line, installation and debugging.
We persist in the idea of customer first, common development, provides high
quality products and considerate service for the feed industry. In the common
development strategy, we collect profession outstanding persons, and actively carry
on technical cooperation with many graduate schools and colleges, produce a series of

Wood chip pellet machine is a newly developed wood chip energy granulated product
designed upon the demand of the market. The product equipment removes the defect
of difficulty in granulating biomass crude fibers and poor effect. The main drive
adopts a high efficient belt drive to achieve refueling without stopping; a cooling
system is added to the granulating room; the circular mould adopts a quick detachable
anchor ear type, which enables it easy to load and unload; frequency control of motor
speed is adopted to ensure uniform feeding; a whole stainless face plate, chute and
feeder. It is manufactured by an advanced international manufacturing process.
Besides, high-quality moulds are customized in accordance with the characteristics of
clients’ materials to prolong the life-extension of the equipment, improve quality and
reduce cost per ton. The molded pellet fuel is bright and clean in appearance, and has
few cracks, high density and uniform length.

1. This machine adopts a double motor SPB strong narrow belt transmission system,
has satisfactory transmission efficiency, smooth running, high yield, low noise, no oil
pollution and lower maintenance cost.
2. This machine has a circular mould with a pore diameter and thickness in a range of
φ1.5-φ12mm; users can make choices according to different needs to get the best
technical and economic benefits.
3. A fixed stainless steel pelletizer with a more visual adjustment; a quick detachable
anchor ear circular mould which can be equipped with a coordinated pressing roll
regulating structure and a circular mould lifting device.
4. This machine adopts frequency converter control feeding and is equipped with an
overload protection device and a discharging structure.
5. The compression bar oil pump lubrication device is quick, convenient, safe and
reliable, and can achieve refueling without stopping.
6. This machine is suitable for granulation of high quality livestock and poultry,
aquatic feed, and other materials.

typing of all kinds of production data reports; the scale body adopts a Toledo sensor, a
programmable logical controller (PLC) of Japanese Mitsubishi, and import electrical
elements. The annual output is 50,000-300,000 tons.

It can perform minute grinding using φ0.35 screen, which is leading in China.
1. The grinding room achieves a real drop-type; an unique air intake way to prevent
circulation during the grinding process; a “U-type” secondary beating groove is set up
at the bottom of the grinding room to greatly increase the output; a quick full-wide
operation door and an elastic pressing screen; convenient to repair and exchange the
screen.
2. It adopts import “NSK” bearings to ensure the life-span; the nylon rod type coupler
directly transmits; big compensating displacement to effectively prevent the bearings
from getting hot.
3. The rotor, through precise dynamic balance detection, ensures steadier running,
lower noise and better properties.
4. The feed port is on the top of the grinder and can be matched with various feeding
structures.
5. Through adjustment, it can serve many purposes, e.g., to perform crude grinding,
