The major challenge faced by sales and marketing department in any
company is to manage its overall monitoring, control the permanent
working structure of the employees. People already working are not
fully dedicated towards their work, top managerial level look at their
manager’s comfort and manager look at their junior employee’s
comfort. Because of this structure, central monitoring becomes very
expensive and less effective which ultimately gives a downfall in the
growth of company. New companies enter in the market but due to
less effective monitoring they soon vanishes off from the market. So, it
results in questioning the credibility of companies in the market.
The solution to above issue is given by us in our new style of working.
MISSION :MISSION :
To construct or develop an institute or agency which serves as role
of middle management to the FMCG, OTC companies and present its
vision and ideas in the correct and effective manner in front of the
market and on ground executive staff of companies.
VISION :VISION :
To get associate with the FMCG, OTC companies as middle level
management agency and have a working contract with them. Our
agency will monitor the on ground staff, stockists network and
business growth of the companies, identify the ability of on ground
staff and use the ability of staff in a right manner.
CAREER :CAREER :
Started as a stockist salesman and have handled the position of regional head in
an appreciable manner.
ACHIEVEMENTS :ACHIEVEMENTS :
1.From SR to supervisor to TSM to ASM to RSM post was achieved and
handled.
2.Achieved best ASM award in 2007-2008 with a promotion of ASM to
Regional Head. Under which, MP, Gujrat, Rajasthan states were handled and
worked.
3.Handled a team of 60 people alongwith 400-500 stockist and 20 super
stockist as Regional Head.
ORGANIZATION :ORGANIZATION :
Have worked across different products like Vanaspati Ghee, Pure Ghee, Bathing
Soap, washing soaps, washing powder, Biscuits, toothbrush, edible oil, coconut
oil, tea, agarbatti, ceiling fan, geyser, led lights, etc.
SALES ADMINISTRATION :SALES ADMINISTRATION :
1.Territory plan headquater wise, on ground staff wise
2.Plan how to match companies growth and sales with industries growth
and keep market ready accordingly.
3.Appointment of on ground staff as per the company norms.
4. Prepare working plan and follow the same plan in a disciplinary way
and work accordingly.
5.Study the compiled record and database, figure out the weak points
and modify the plan as per the requirement focusing on the weak points.
6.Point out weak towns and weak points of on ground staff, train them
and build stock.
7.Conduct a workshop in every three months which focuses mainly on
the weak areas, find out ways to fill the weak areas.
8.Match companies target with companies growth.
9.Make each employee understand the goals and objectives of company
and what he should do to complete the same.
