Support the review and approval of architectural designs and specifications developed by project technical staff and other organizations (i.e., consultants, agencies, private developers) for construction 9. Assist with preparations of bid documents and requests for proposals 10. Format detailed cost estimates

Minimum two years previous supervisory and personnel management desired. May be required depending upon assignment. 7. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing. 8. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. 10. Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
