Project A.T.H.E.N.A aims to provide simplified, optimized, and uncluttered lifestyles for Arlington residents through micro-apartments and tiny houses. The mission is to offer high-quality and functional small living spaces for young creatives. Initial goals include establishing "East side" micro-apartments and helping renters build equity through a special renters' account. The first tasks are to identify supporters, form a working group, determine legal compliance, find a suitable property, and estimate renovation costs.
