Metal Roof sheeting and Cladding fixing. Equipment Erection for Crusher, Wobbler feeder, Apron feeder, Bag Filters, EOT Cranes, Stacker, Reclaimer, Belt Conveyors, VRM, Ball Mill, Roller Press, Bag house, Bucket Elevators, DPC, KILN, Cooler, ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator), Packers, Air slides, Screw Conveyors and Dedusting Pipe Lines. • Following Activities carried out by me being Project Planning Engineer to expedite same:- Working out for HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) for Activities involved in Fabrication and Erection, Setting up working environment in line with EHS. Preparing WORK METHOD STATEMENTS, explaining to sub-contractors after getting it approved form authorized personnel. Preparing ERECTION SCHEMATIC DRAWINGS for erection of Mills, Kiln, Silos Roof Structures etc. using AutoCAD2013 and Load charts of concerned Cranes. Calculation of Steel and other material being required f4or Project and Raising PROCUREMENT ORDERS on time to sustain hassle free fabrication activities. DEVELOPMENT OF PLATE WORK DRAWINGS & DETAILING OF STEEL STRUCTURE DRAWINGS using AUTOCAD2013 (2D) to minimize expenditure of LMP in time taking layouts. Timely SUB-CONTRACTOR BILLING after Analysis of item rates to generate suitable Item Codes with competitive rate to issue Work Orders to SC. Processing of sub-contractor bills on EIP CeMa SC billing software. Implementation of QMS through daily checklists formats to improve Supervision of construction activities for enhancing their quality and minimizing idle movements of LMP (labour, material and Plant machinery) to give out work at scheduled date. Monitoring DPR from Site and compiling same with resources to check productivity of TNP and MAN HOURS. Synchronization with Client’s requirement for Project and hitching L3 Schedule with Front Availability. • Preparing ACE (Actual Cost Estimated) of project in beginning of commencement of Project. • Preparing JCR (Job Cost Report) after gathering details of S3 (Cost of Plant machinery), S4 (Cost of staff), S5 (Cost of labour/SC), Admin & Store expenditure, RSV (Revised Sales Value), ETC (Estimated to complete) and S2 (Specialized Agency Cost) incl. liabilities ‘on monthly basis. • Preparing MRM (Monthly Reconciliation of Material) to control Steel and Sheeting Wastage. • PROGRESSIVE CLIENT BILLING – Preparing BOQ for Fabrication work, Piping work, Sheeting Work, Painting Work, Equipment Erection Work getting it certify from client. • Working out to Maintain Client Sales Cost v/s Sub-Contractor Cost positive.
