CCPM-Critical Chain Project Management Developed by Eliyahu Goldratt, CCPM is based on the Theory of Constraints(Cause and Effect) and is a different method as compared to the Critical Path Method, both of which seeks to address the Limiting factor in a project . In a project plan, the critical chain is the sequence of tasks that prevents a project from being completed in a shorter time, given finite resources.
