CONTRIBUTER PERSONALITY 
DEVELOPMENT PRESENTATION

Contributers have both human values 
as well as functional effectiveness-they 
get the job done, but also do it 
the right way. They have an attitude 
of ‘creating value’ in the job. They 
are not instruction-oriented, but 
solution oriented
My presentation 
includes one of the 
famous contributer 
PARESH TRIVEDI. 
According to me he is 
one the best 
contributer.
He starts his teaching career in 
1988. 
 And today has a great name in 
teaching field. 
He believes in hard work.
He started his career as a teacher 
from village. 
Then he came in bhavnagar for 
better future in teaching line. 
He got two offers at the same time 
which were high post of 
government job in gandhinagar 
and teacher in bhavnagar.
He rejected that job in which he 
can got promotions and also got lot 
of money. 
Bt he choose teaching field 
because he is interested in this 
field and also he never believes in 
rewards(money).
He always believes in team work. 
He act as a leader but does not 
order as a boss with his team 
member. 
He never do work for money but 
only work for society and students.
He is always ready to help students 
and gives scholarships who can not 
pay fees for their education. 
If he got money in form of reward 
then he use it only for student’s 
career without any showoff.
In this competitive world still take 
admission in b.m.commerce is 
challenging for students. 
Because of paresh sir’s positive 
attitude towards students and also 
because of his team work.
Main activities behind his success 
is his ability to take work from his 
team member and also his interest 
towards his work. 
He has great interest in reading. He 
always present in such programs 
which are for students and for 
society.
He got an award of best teacher 
from Shishuvihar in 2007. 
He also got an award of best 
teacher from state government in 
2010. 
He also got an award of best 
teacher from president in 2011.
