Bahia Principe Jamaica Hotel 2005-2007: 738 guestroom beachfront hotel with all-
inclusive amenities, 1000 seat ballroom and convention center, 5 restaurants, wrap
around pools and service and storage facilities. Developed in Jamaica for Grupo
Pinero at a cost of US$277 Million.

Managed by Sofitel this property located in the colonial district of the Dominican
Republic opened at a cost of US$72 Million.
Club Med 1997-2000: Post hurricane renovation of their properties in Punta Cana,
Dom. Rep., Paradise Island, Bahamas and full common area refurbish in properties
in San Salvador, Bahamas and Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, B.W.I. Aprox. US$53
Million.
