Development Finance Impact Project – Digital Artifact
Target audience
Country Teams of MDBs, Finance ministries, Civil Society, private sector stakeholders, think tanks and research institutes
Objective
Develop a diagnostic tool with drill down features which allows developing counties to benchmark against the 17 SDGs
and their 169 targets in the inception year of SDGs – 2016. The results can be used to
 identify and prioritize where the greatest gaps exist
 formulate remedial policies
 estimate resources required to meet the SDG targets by 2030
 allocate resources by public and private sectors; domestic or external sources
 prepare a matrix of the national plan allocating resources and instruments against the SDGs
