In our rapid business expansion, we open opportunity for candidates experienced and qualified to fill the position of : Requirements Bachelor of Civil Engineering or other related field of study MALE / FEMALE (age 30-35 years) Minimum 5 years of related experience in the planning of large scale projects. Industrial Construction project experience is an added advantage. Experienced in using Microsoft Project, Primavera or other related software. Good command of spoken and written English Able to travel as required Responsibilities Prepare project schedule and planning in accordance with the master schedule and over see of all projects at site. Management of materials, plan and equipment. To monitor progress of the projects against master schedule and implement delay recovery actions where necessary. To prepare and update regular progress report with programme analysis, recommendation and address programme issues to entire timely project completion. To provide regular reports to the site contract team for monitoring site activities in term of contractual changes, variation and disruptions. To attend progress review/technical meetings with consultants, clients, etc. Liaise with clients; coordinate with contractors and project teams to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and update monthly and weekly project progress reports, weekly accomplishment reports and status of critical path. If you have the commitment to grow with PT.
