- 5. CUSTOM CASEGOOD DESIGN - KIOSK Custom design based on client directed functionality. ADRIENNE ARSHT CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS The objective was to create a kiosk design with a small foot print that would replace standard conduit monitor stands and draped tables. Two kiosk styles were designed and fabricated: one to house a 42” monitor, brochures and marketing materials, a means to capture patron information and a place to house wireless equipment and power cables. The second to accommodate all of the same requirements without the monitor housing. Each kiosk mobil and easily moved; therefore, designed with lockable casters. Holly Harris, Designer/Artist I believe that the key to a designers success depends greatly upon their ability to effectively listen and understand what the client and/or end user is looking form. That which is communicated lays the foundation in creating a sense of space that entertains and engages the public, safely and while remaining environmentally friendly. Originally a Cape Cod native, I have called Florida my home for a number of years. I currently hold a BS in Professional Management and a second BS in Interior Design. After putting behind me a long and rewarding career in hotel sales & marketing and event planning, I now design interiors with a sense of place. My unique skill set of hospitality sales and marketing and interior design lay a solid foundation for me to guide my clients in bringing their vision to life. Hospitality, commercial or residential projects... I design to inspire and engage the end user no matter the venue. Specialties Broad knowledge of the design process, comprehensive hospitality background, programming, mixed media rendering, space planning, material specification, AutoCAD, Codes and Standards, sustainable design, professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, creative problem solving, strong organizational skills, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
