Problem/ needs
Business owner needs a way to organize execution of jobs and find people with the
required skills because that allows him to work on growing his business or to move
to the next challenge.
Hire freelancers
These freelancers could be graduate students who has less then a
year of working experience and combine this with a training on the
job programme
Internship for graduates
• Create internship/ training programme (developing basic skills set)
• Advertise the internship on twitter/ internship listings/ online job databases
• Graduates apply
• Resumes sent, interviews conducted
• Hire graduate (freelance) for a project.

Starting a training programme in collaboration with a University
By cooperating with a university, students can follow a programme in
which they can get some practical experience and learn what the job is
al about.
• Talk to university to interest them in an on the job training programme
• Talk to organizations to offer internship
• Create a training programme in collaboration with University
• Students apply to the program
• Accepted students meet to discuss their skills, interests and goals
• Students review internship and select the internships they are interested in
• Resumes sent to the organizations, interviews conducted
• Organization select candidate
• Student secure internship by the start of programme

Learned after testing prototypes
- Assumptions can be false;
- Problem statement needs to be redefined
- Chosen solutions are not workable looking at specific requirements
- It is important to simplify the solution to be quickly tested.
- The field of stakeholders can change depending on the chosen solution
What I would do next if I was to continue working on the project
- Adjust one of the solutions
- Choose another solution to be tested
- Go back to empahty, define and problem statement and interview the other
stakeholders (university, organizations and students) to get the perspective of
all stakeholders (depends on chosen solutions).
