A 50-year-old male patient presented with a right proximal tibia fracture. He underwent spanning external fixation on March 28th and was discharged on March 30th but readmitted on April 10th. On April 11th he underwent the first stage of surgery which included open reduction and internal fixation of the right proximal tibia fracture under C-arm guidance.
