The document provides steps to join a public session: 1. Register by viewing available sessions for the month and selecting a topic of interest. Click a link to join the corresponding session. 2. Fill out registration information and click "Register". You will receive a registration email with a link to join the training session on the scheduled day and time. 3. Click the link in the email and then click "Join Now" after entering your password, email, or name to join the session. You can also join via phone or internet phone by dialing a toll free number and entering a participant code.
Public Session Register
- 1. Step to join public session - Register View all session in the month. Then select any topic what you’re interested Click any link which you will join
- 2. 4. You will see the corresponding registration page from the link. 5. Fill in your information in the Registration Information 6. Then click, “ Register ” Step to join public session -Register Change into S. Korea
- 3. Step to join public session - Register 7. You will get your registration email like the below. 8. On training day/time, Click link in “To join the training session”
- 4. Step to join public session 9. When you clicks the link, You may see the “Join Session Now” 10. Clicks “Join Now” after putting your password/email/ name 11. If the blank is already filled, just click “Join Now Step to join public session
- 5. Step to join public session – Voice join with phone 12. To join the voice, you need to call the following number. 13. If you call from Korea, please dial toll free number by your language 14. You will hear that system says to put participants code 15. Then, press 5057094# in your phone * Only when speaker use phone.
- 6. Step to join public session – VoIP (Internet phone) With installation of webex program, necessary program is installed automatically Program installs automatically with this pictures.
- 7. VoIP （ 음성 ） 으로 참가 : Without headset, you can use speaker of computer. Test your voice to use microphone
- 8. When installation is done successfully, You will see the following screen. Step to join public session Step to join public session – Webex Screen This is volume for speaker and microphone When you don’t say anything, pleas check mute option of your microphone
- 9. For questions ● click “hands” in the icons ● Write your questions in the chatting window or you can speak over the phone System １ . Computer connected to Internet ● Internet speed : over 56K 2. Phone or internet phone For headset users, you can say after raising hands. Speak allow questioner to say via microphone.
