Job Responsibilities: To conduct inspections at Manufactures/Vendors Premises with respect to approved ITP, Work order, Manufacturing Instrument and International standards. To assist procurement QC Supervisor for Planned and Scheduled inspections at vendors/, manufacturers location. To coordinate with Client’s monitoring Inspector for conductance of inspections with planned, To chair Pre-inspection Meetings for Level of inspection 2 & above commodities as per IEC Standards, to discuss and finalize the PO requirements, technical evaluations with respect to approved ITP. To prepare the minutes of Pre-inspection meetings and submission to QC Supervisor for onward submission to vendor Inspection Division of Saudi Armco. To review the material inspection reports and signing off the documents found within acceptable ranges of relevant codes and standards. Handling material trial tests and Internal Type Test of HV, MV, LV AWG all types of Cables. Inspection Coordination and specialists in Analytical cable tests such as Failure cable Analysis, Chemical Analysis test for raw materials like Copper, Aluminum, Shrinkage Behavior Tests of XLPE & PE, ETC…. To conduct the in-process inspections as per ITP and preparation of visit Inspection Reports to; Functional Testing, Dimensional Inspections, visual Inspection for following commodities, High Voltage Cables, m Voltage & Low Voltage cables as per IEC standards. To conduct final inspection before shipment of the material and issuance of inspection release notes. To conduct document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards. To conduct inspection of finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and electrical measurements. Familiarity with ISO 9000 Quality Control System. Perform Review of Cables failure Records for Release of NCR. Perform All Types of Cable Analysis test Type test, Routine Test sample Test.
