Chapter One: Instruction of the jacquard system
The control system of QH series electronic jacquard adopt a professional

industrial computer with 104 construction、Blue LCD、PVC film keyboard and

electrical control box. It has multiplicative professional interfaces for various

textile machines,(e.g. weaving machines、towel machines、label looms、carpet

machine、etc.)

Elaborate patterns can be counterchanged flexibly .It is easy to operated, it

works steady and credibility. It is suitable for different working environments. It

can be directly substituted for mechanical jacquard and more effective on

weaving.

QH series electric jacquard has network interface to connect with LAN and

WAN easily, so that it can be shared with others.

The system adopts industrial computer. It has a 32 bit CPU which is a new

industrial generation of SCM/SUPERDXTM type and function high powered and

high speed, it has high-capacity memory and integrated many standard

interfaces such as the interface for key board and series-parallel. Even more,

the system adopts high-reliable solid state Disk (SSD) and some embedded

control technology such as softdog.

4.1.2 Interface Circuit board

The circuit board has integrated three units control circuits by using CPLD

technology, adopted 3TIA/EIA-485 network interface circuit and

photoelecricity coupling circuit to make transmitting message more reliably

and the working function steadier.

Main Function:

● Output various control signal and datum of jacquard

● Input the signal for positive or negative rotation of jacquard.

● Control the output signal for weft selection or inserting stoppage, etc. of

weaving machine.

● Input the control signal for weft inversion of weaving machine.

● Control the LED for LCD.

4.1.3 Color selection Circuit board

weaving machine; Control the switch of weft selection.

4.1.4 LCD

The system adopts type of M32019T LCD manufactured by Japan SHARP Corp..

It has stronger I/O buffer, and its maximal drive capability is 640x256 Lattices.

4.1.5 Keyboard

The system has adopted PVC film key and integrated all function keys that

3QH-YJ serious jacquard, it can make the operations more intuitionistic and

convenience.

4.3 Jacquard

Jacquard consists of:

● Interface circuit board (No.1).

● Photoelectricity signal terminal block.

● Circuit board of electromagnets.

4.3.1 Interface Circuit Board (NO.1)

Served as the interface between the main console and the jacquard,

the interface circuit board adopts TIA/EIA-485 type of network interface and

photoelectricity-coupling circuit It is used to supply control signals and datum

received form the main console to electromagnet circuits to execute and

supply the main console with positive and negative rotation signals to deal

with received form photoelectric signal circuit.

4.3.2 Photoelectric signal board

It has two forms:

● Photo-electricity translation: Detect that whether the Jacquard is running

according to whether the light is cut off, and than translate it into electric signal

and sent it to the main console to deal with through the interface circuit board

(N0.1).

● Magnetism-electricity translation: Detect that whether the Jacquard is

running according to whether to whether the magnetic field exist through

some Moore apparatus, and the translate it into electric signal and send it to

the main console to deal with through the interface circuit board(NO.1).

4.3.3 Circuit board of Electromagnets

The circuit boards of electromagnets are the last executants for that all of

sections ahead are purposed making sure that the electromagnet circuit can

function normally. It consists of a block of electromagnet and a circuit board

used to control electromagnet. It is used to control the motion of machine and

then realize the weaving aim finally through the principle of

electricity-magnetism translation.
