[QMB Freshers open 2013] Prelims

This document outlines the rules and questions for the Nascent Quizzogen II quiz competition hosted by Quizmaniac BEings (QMB). The quiz contains 20 questions to be answered by teams. Starred questions are used as tie-breakers. The winning team will be determined by the most correct answers or the longest correct answer streak if there is still a tie. Participants are instructed to turn off phones and not assist other teams. The quiz master's decisions are final.
