The paper investigates the role of information system (IS) habit in the context of IS continuance usage, proposing that IS habit moderates the relationship between continuance intention and actual usage. A total of 553 university students participated in a three-round data collection to measure various factors influencing IS usage. The study found that the moderating model with IS habit had the best explanatory power, although it raised concerns about internal validity and the high correlation between IS habit and continuance intention.
