Question 2 from evaluation
The two social groups our
    thriller represents
Police- the police are tracking and keeping a watchful eye over the
exchange and trying to gather evidence and information so that
they can take them down.

Gangs- the two gangs are setting up an exchange of a person for
money and the are both heavily armed.
Stereotypes

Our thriller had all the main stereotypes of professional
gangs in, they were rough, organised and ruthless. The
pros that we used also made it seem more realistic and
the they had the stereotypical guns that most
professional gangs would have. The costumes that we
used were quite typical of that type of organization, the
leader or the boss wore a suit and it was obvious that
he was the top dog in the organization.
Evidence of the
   Stereotypical costumes
As shown in the picture the boss is wearing a suit and it
is clear that he runs the show, he looks professional and
its obvious he coordinates everything by his stature and
clothing compared to the others.
Evidence of the
    Stereotypical costumes
This is a picture of the police detective investigating this
case, he is wearing a shirt and tie so it shows he is
doing serious work as oppose to a tracksuit.
Evidence of the
   Stereotypical costumes
This is a picture of the main gang who are offering
money for the hostage. They are wearing camo trousers
and a black shirt so that they would easily be able to
hide and blend into the background if needs be. They
have a lot heavier machinery to the other gang and they
look professional.
Who else would it appeal
           too?
Although this film represents the two social groups;
gangs and the police, we feel that it would appeal to a
much wider range of people and that it would be very
popular with both male and females through the ages of
16-45. It appeal to most due to the fact that it isn't gory
yet it has some elements of violent content. It has a well
thought through plot and the content of the scenes has
had a lot of thought go into it.
