To set up a case using the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), log into the home screen and select Questra in the menu bar. Complete the case form, add relevant documents and templates, select matching suppliers, and send invitation messages. - 1. DPS A quick look at setting up a case
- 2. Log in to the Home Screen and choose Questra in Menu Bar
- 3. Click on Add New Questra Master
- 4. Complete the Form and Click Save
- 5. You will be presented with a completed Contacts Page, give a brief case description and click save
- 6. Choose Dynamic Purchasing System as Job, then choose the relevant Lot, Click Save
- 7. Click Add Files and add relevant Documents, Select Schedule of Rates Template, Click Add by Template and Click Save
- 8. Add dates from Drop-down Calendars for Respond by and Bid Return date fields. Complete the rest of the Form and Click Save
- 9. Select Question Set from Drop-down and Click Add by Template, Click Save
- 10. Click Matching Suppliers to see which Contractors can bid. Complete Respond to Invite date, Click send Invitation and Save
- 11. Insert any relevant Notes or Messages, send Message and Click Save
