The RAMMPP tool is a matrix chart used by teams to identify inefficient activities ("low hanging fruit") that can be improved or eliminated. The process involves assembling a cross-functional group, populating the matrix with activities from different areas of responsibility, and brainstorming ways to reduce, delegate, simplify or eliminate those activities. Activities are categorized under six areas: Reports, Approvals, Meetings, Measures, Policies, and Practices. The goal is to generate ideas to increase efficiency and free up time for other priorities.
